Essential Guidance in Complex Bargaining

We engaged Susan Fahey as our independent facilitator for our Enterprise Bargaining process. She balanced the very difficult task of keeping conduct within a very full room (over 20 people!) safe and mostly respectful in a situation where many parties had differing views.

I can confidently say that many sessions would not have proceeded without her intervention and as a result we didn’t lose precious bargaining time. Where the industrial relations landscape is ever evolving and becoming more not less adversarial I wouldn’t ever engage in another EA bargaining process without an independent facilitator and highly recommend Susan for the task!
