Facilitation

Is your enterprise agreement coming near its nominal expiry and you need to commence negotiations? Cultivate People and Culture regularly facilitate enterprise negotiations to ensure your organisation, your staff, and their representatives (such as unions) communicate more effectively, reach mutual understanding and work toward a mutually beneficial agreement. Our facilitators are neutral and independent with our primary goal to support a fair, constructive, and efficient negotiation process.

Supported Conversations

We know that sometimes leaders and team members have issues where communication has broken down and relationships become strained.

Cultivate People and Culture enable structured and supported dialogue that aims to resolve issues, improve communication and navigate sensitive topics in a safe, constructive, and supported way. Our role is to guide the conversation whilst ensuring that it is respectful, balanced and focused on solutions that enable both parties to move forward. Our aim is to reset or repair the professional relationship by ensuring clear agreement and/or actions for moving forward.

Investigations

Our qualified investigators conduct confidential, fair, thorough, and impartial investigation into staffing issues such as workplace misconduct, bullying or harassment complaints, discrimination or unfair treatment claims, breaches of policy or code of conduct, etc.

We are typically engaged when a matter is serious, sensitive or when there is a need to ensure independence and credibility, especially if your internal team lacks capacity or may be perceived as biased.

Policy and Procedure updating and review

Every organisation has them (or should do!), but are yours up-to-date, compliant with recent legislation and written in a way that your staff can easily understand and your people team can use when a staffing issue arises?

Cultivate People and Culture can assist you with reviewing your current policies and procedures to ensure they are compliant, fit for purpose and importantly, written in a way that all staff can understand.

In-House Support

If you down a team member in your People team due to leave, sickness, vacancies, or you simply have too much work on to deliver in a way that won’t break your team, Cultivate People and Culture can help.
