With over twenty years’ experience in people leadership specialising in the people and culture space, Lisel is a values driven leader with a people centric approach that enables her to develop strong and lasting relationships with her clients.
With experience in a range of industries including superannuation, insurance, not-for-profit, agribusiness, transport and the arts, Lisel has strong commercial acumen coupled with deep experience in leading and developing people.
Motivated by working with and building collaborative and successful individuals and teams, Lisel is a skilled and strategic practitioner and accomplished leader. This, coupled with her down to earth and common-sense approach, brings a rich and rewarding experience to her clients.
Lisel is driven by her passion to work with organisations and individuals who are open to growth, learning and who are not afraid to try something new. Her experience and knowledge, coupled with her astute observations, curiosity and good humour allows her clients the time and space to grow and learn in a safe environment.

As a former chief executive officer in the not-for-profit sector with over two decades experience as a barrister and solicitor and now an established company director, Susan has a unique skill set geared towards assisting individuals and organisations at all levels.
An experienced leader, director and strategist, Susan is an accomplished problem solver well known for her highly successful yet different way of approaching things.
Susan is driven by her passion for helping people to build their confidence, find their leadership style and to achieve success no matter what their role or business is.
As a leader, coach and director Susan is adept at helping both individuals and organisations find their own strengths and to achieve their goals. Susan has a proven track record working with Government, not for profit organisations and the private sector alike.
Susan’s experiences in law, executive leadership and as a company director see her well placed to provide expert, practical and strategic insights across a diverse range of individual and organisational development.

Suzan West is an internationally certified executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in both private and public sectors. She specialises in creating effective coaching relationships, has held the Professional Certified Coach status with the International Coaching Federation, and is pursuing a Master Certified Coach accreditation.
Her coaching focuses on fostering transformational leadership, conflict resolution, resilience, customer-centric strategies, and career transitions, having worked with various organisations in Tasmania and nationally. Additionally, Suzan is an Organisational Development Specialist, adept at developing and implementing strategies that enhance organisational performance and efficiency through cultural change and engagement.
She has a proven track record in guiding organizations through change management processes, optimising team dynamics, and improving overall productivity.
