Words cannot express my appreciation for the work that Cultivate People and Culture have provided over the last 12 months.

During an extremely busy time for the organisation, Lisel managed to hit the ground running and provide assistance where we needed it most by demonstrating a deep understanding of HR processes combined with practical approach to problem-solving.  Lisel consistently provided insightful advice, tailored solutions and demonstrated a true commitment to our success.  Her calm and considered approach meant she was able to quickly and easily build rapport with managers and employees alike.  There was no problem too big or too small that Lisel wasn’t willing to tackle.  Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex HR challenges with ease have made a significant impact on our business.
